Return and Cancellation Policy
All purchases made with GITG GEAR can be returned within 14 days after the delivery of the order, or after delivery of the last item in the order if items are shipped separately.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after completion of the order if not fulfilled.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the damage
- Photographic evidence of the damage
Replacement or Store Credit
Upon verification of the damage, we will offer the following resolutions:
- Replacement: If the damaged item is available in stock, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- Store Credit: If the damaged item is not available, we will issue you a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the damaged product.
